Pam Weeks, aka “Powerhouse Pam” Realtor, - Founder of Powerhouse Group @ Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast Pam obtained her real estate license in 2008, just when the real estate market took a turn. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license Pam worked as a Florida Licensed Closing/Title Agent for five years. Pam attended College at Northwest Florida College in Niceville, Florida where she earned certifications in graphic art communication. Her marketing and creative skills lead her to being the top Advertising Graphic Artist at a large advertising firm for eight years which closed after the tragedy of 9/11 and that is when Pam decided to freelance with her graphic arts while helping her mom at her Land Title Agency This is when Pam grew a passion for Real Estate and worked for over five years earning her Florida Closing/Title license. Then in 2008 when the Real Estate market declined Pam did what she does best. She decided to get the business to help her Mom’s Title Company stay afloat through the slow market. Little did Pam know, she would become one of the area’s Top Producing agents. That is how Pam earned her nick name 'Powerhouse Pam'. Pam’s background in graphic arts marketing and Title closings gave her an advantage over other agents. Mix that in with her endless leadership skills, real estate knowledge and the desired to help others purchase, invest and provide homes for themselves and their family was her true calling. She took her career to the next level in 2011 and developed her team the Powerhouse Group. Pam and her team have handled over 600 sold homes with years of combined sale volumes reaching a Billion. Many triumphs, she ensures the will to make sure every customer is taken care of throughout their real estate transaction. Pam has proven to many she is here to make a difference with every real estate transaction and to sell the best professional real estate experience one can have and have our customers return to us for all the years to come. Pam works with many local builders and soft commercial sales in addition to residential sales. Pam has lived in the Florida Panhandle for over 30 years. She and her husband Jon (whom is a Home inspector) met in the 9th grade they have two adult children and are now empty nesters.
Pam served as the 2016-2017 AFSOC Honorary Command Chief on Hurlburt Field. She is a member of the Emerald Coast Board of Realtors where she serves on the Grievance Committee with past serves for Heroes on the Water, Commercial real estate, and Public Policy committees. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Board of Realtors. Member off the Okaloosa- Walton Builders Association.
